'It was a beautiful property! Like a treehouse tucked away in the jungle, but right on the main strip 5 mins across the street from playa Carmen. Close to great cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. Our check in process went smoothly and the private family room was perfect, except that we noticed quite quickly the AC wasn’t working on the 2nd level in the bedrooms. The staff were so kind and quick to work hard and fix it by the time we went got back for dinner. 10/10 customer service. Would...

'The view from the balcony is amazing. The dorm bed was comfortable, toilet facilities were great. Kitchen was good as well although could use new kitchen utensils/pots/pans as what was available were quite destroyed/melted. Overall great dorm!'

'Nice clean place with friendly staff, with a pool by the forest, a quiet spot for yoga/meditation/massage, and paths in the forest where we saw squirrel monkeys, howler monkeys and scarlet macaws. The pool has a few missing tiles but, apart from that minor thing, everything else was nicely kept and clean.'

'Great place to stay just outside of the main road. It's about a 15min walk into town or an Uber for hot days for $3.5. The breakfast is a large size and the vibe is super relaxing. Would stay here again.'

'The best rooms are the private with shared bathrooms. The view is great from this room. And the bathroom was always well kept. There is lack of internet in the fully private rooms, etc. '

'Un hostal muy céntrico en Monteverde. Me gustó mucho la experiencia, al regresar a Monteverde volveré a agendar sin dudas '

'It was so much nicer here than i first though it would be. A lot of toilets and showers , fans in the room and lockers. Just a few staircases and you were at the bus stop and the supermarket. The only thing that could have been better is somewhere to wash cloths and someplace at the hostel where you could sunbath '

'I have traveled in many countries and slept in numerous hostels around the world and this is one of my all time favourites. The owner is absolutely amazing and super helpful. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The location is good and the dorm room was nice and clean. I recommend this place very much!'
