'The hotel is perched on a mountain side overlooking the Whales Tale of Uvita. There is an animal preserve within walking distance that provided an excellent opportunity to learn about Costa Rica's incredible animal life.
The staff were wonderful - always smiling and willing to assist in any way.'

'Nice hotel for 1 or 2 nights. Close to the ferry to/from Puntarenas. Located in a hill ensuring great views. Welcome to the hotel was very friendly. We arrived early but that was not a problem at all. Personnel in general ok but not all very friendly. New to us in Costa Rica where we find hotelstaff in general very kind. 'My husband and I had the most amazing vacation here for his 40th birthday! Truly the coolest and most unique place we’ve ever stayed! The Balinese-styled tented villas are luxurious and one-of-a-kind, fully stocked with every necessity. We stayed in a beachfront villa and my husband was able to surf right in front of our villa. 'This tranquil hotel is a highlight of our trip. Such a peaceful place. Nice rooms, great beds, entertainment room, full kitchen for guest use and a delicious breakfast is available. Highly recommended and not far from SJO airport. The staff was very helpful and so nice!'
