'We wanted to say something at the swimmingpool. Nobody came to us so i had to come to the guy if we could order something. Not a good start. There is alot of constuction around the hotel so you dont get a Nice few. The distance to the centre is very far away from the hotel. The room is clean and new. You can hear the people who are walking in the hallway. Not my best experience. Lucky i stay 1 day only '

'We’ve been staying at your hotel almost monthly and have always appreciated the comfort and service you provide. However, during our recent stays, we’ve noticed a persistent musty or sweaty odor upon entering the room. It’s quite noticeable and detracts from the otherwise pleasant experience. Additionally, the towels no longer have the fresh, fragrant scent they used to; it makes us wonder if there’s been a change in the laundry detergent or process recently. 'We enjoyed the Family Suite of Swissotel with complimentary breakfast buffet for 2. Used my Accor card for the 2 additional breakfast. Kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Room was so nice that the kids didn't want to swim anymore and just hibernate inside. The pictures in the website are accurate.'

'I was arriving late from Korea. Checked my husband in at Royce since it’s close to Clark, so he can pick me up. We stayed one night in the new area of Royce. I was impressed how our room was comparable to some US hotels. Also, parking was free & easy. Was not able to try the Casino & pool. Breakfast buffet was good.'
