'In town for business that got delayed due to severe ice storm. The hosts were very amicable and not only let me reschedule the timing of my trip, but were able to get me in for an addition two days after my business ran overtime. They are always very friendly and helpful as well as interesting people. Will definitely return.'

Very walkable everywhere even with our 9 year old. We cooked breakfast and lunch with the well stocked amenities at the property and walked to dinner nightly. We will def be back .'

'I booked multiple rooms for family. A family member was supposed to stay in one of the rooms asking with their cat. Unfortunately, the motel does not accept cats. They refunded that room and the family member stayed at the local BW.'

'Great location right on the Rogue River. Was fun watching the rafters float by. Bed was comfy. Room was good size as pictured. However, the bathroom was tiny tiny. Very difficult to get in and out of the shower. Manager says that this room is to be remodeled. It needs it to improve the bathroom situation. This is the only hotel we have ever stayed in that did not provide ice. We had to go across the street and buy ice.'

'Finding the place was easy if you stick closely to the directions. I prefer to stay a bit out of town usually and this is only 15 minutes from Medford. There are two routes to get there, I prefer the back route off the freeway, which adds about 3 minutes, but we saw an abundance of wildlife that way, and avoided the traffic on I-5. On the way in, we passed a small group of deer just 30 yards from our cabin, on the property. The place is immaculate. The kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and living...

'Cathy is Great, The home is a giant older single story Family Home with a basement full of beds and air hocky table, Huge kitchen and dining room, Hot tub, Pool, alot of toys for the pool, garage, even entry gates to the property its fenced, and surrounded by wild turkeys and deer ! It was really nice ! and they allow your Dogs ! Thanks Again Cathy!'

'Very clean and nice. Felt very much at home. House is in a great neighbor hood close to restaurants and shopping. House come fully stocked, they thought of EVERYTHING!!! Had a fabulous trip thank you so much. Oh and did I mention they thought of everything!'
