'This is a great spot if you are attending a concert at Sunbet Arena - only a 5 min (safe) walk from the venue. Restaurants are about a 3 min walk at Times Square.
The hotel itself is very clean and modern. Check-in was quick and efficient with friendly staff on reception. Room was spacious, light and airy with sufficient plates, cutlery, etc and even a washer/dryer.
Unfortunately we did not get a chance to use any of the facilities or to enjoy breakfast as it was just a quick visit. Parking...

'Overpriced rooms that are next to a busy highway, pool was not cleaned and the jacuzzi was not used in ages (full of leaves etc). The cleaning lady was very friendly and the reception did their best but definitly not worth the price and they have no idea what 5 stars mean.
The room was tidy and nice but the finish is not great and the shower is leaking.'

Some of the furnishings and balcony really need a good clean. Couch had quite a few stains, Wifi laminate info page was sticky, balcony floor was dirty and dusty and mats need a deep clean. As there are no big windows, except for one by the balcony door, circulation is a little lacking. An aircon / fan for summer...
