'This is a great spot if you are attending a concert at Sunbet Arena - only a 5 min (safe) walk from the venue. Restaurants are about a 3 min walk at Times Square.
The hotel itself is very clean and modern. Check-in was quick and efficient with friendly staff on reception. Room was spacious, light and airy with sufficient plates, cutlery, etc and even a washer/dryer.
Unfortunately we did not get a chance to use any of the facilities or to enjoy breakfast as it was just a quick visit. Parking...

I regret not taking her name but I recommend her service and think the room with balcony was great. I loved the amenities. The rooftop pool and bar and staff. Super friendly and welcoming. 'I stayed for 6 days in the Hotel. The owners upgrade my room for free and where very helpful with all the questions I had. Having good connections with local companies! The area is safe and enjoyed the day in the Hotel and like to thank Rudolf and Hanna for there services!'

'Overpriced rooms that are next to a busy highway, pool was not cleaned and the jacuzzi was not used in ages (full of leaves etc). The cleaning lady was very friendly and the reception did their best but definitly not worth the price and they have no idea what 5 stars mean.
The room was tidy and nice but the finish is not great and the shower is leaking.'

Some of the furnishings and balcony really need a good clean. Couch had quite a few stains, Wifi laminate info page was sticky, balcony floor was dirty and dusty and mats need a deep clean. As there are no big windows, except for one by the balcony door, circulation is a little lacking. An aircon / fan for summer...
