'terrific facility. But hard to give them a 5 when I can’t get help. I had questions about the tv, and I sent a text as instructed, but got no response until the next day. I asked in the restaurant, but they are restaurant people not hotel people. The restaurant is fantastic. I certainly would stay here again. If I didn’t need help, I wouldn’t be troubled by its absence.'

'Great location, clean and quiet! Minor downside of not being able to find a working bbq and advertisement states kitchen so we brought food to cook, but only had a microwave. '

'We loved the pool and spas available with plenty of tables and chairs and shade to get out of the sun when needed! The condos themselves were spacious and clean! There was cable TV available but the guide provided didn't natch the channels so some channel surfing was needed. The parking was not ideal and we werw not aware of the tight parking prior to arriving but even with our large vehicles we were able to find decent spots. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we are already planning on staying...

'The rooms were great, the view was stupendous. The only downside was the person that had the balcony below us made it noxious to sit outside when they were outside smoking. We asked at the desk and they said that it was forbidden. It kept up for a couple more days. Possibly a recalcitrant nutcase - not sure. Anyway, overall, we had a very nice time. '
