'The staff gals were great! Very friendly and helpful. The location is nice & convenient, close to gas and groceries. Beautiful views of the river and walking path down to it. Picnic tables and chairs available to sit and relax. The room was ok, nothing special- but bedding was clean and beds were comfortable enough for a few nights. Enjoyed having access to a hot tub and dry sauna. Breakfast was a bit disappointing- the same options all 3 days. Rooms had a coffee maker, microwave and mini...

'Great hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms, and a perfect location. The best part was how pet-friendly they were—our dog loved staying here and felt so welcomed. Traveling with a pet can be stressful, but they made it easy and enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again!'

'Amazing location if you are skiing at Crystal Mountain. You get a nice parking spot as a hotel guest and you can just walk to the ski lifts from there. The room is simple but cozy with retro vibes and the staff are friendly. We enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant at Alpine Inn. The hotel has three separate buildings. Regardless of which building your room is located, you can walk to the resort. We will stay there again when we go to Crystal Mountain for skiing. '

'The room was good and the hotel was nice… what kept this from being a great experience was the staff. The room wasn’t refreshed the 2nd day and the pool didn’t have any towels. Additionally my family had to go to the front dash for amenities. Disappointing is the right word.'
