'Pre disappointed w the room; walls had a lot of scuffs, stains on the carpet, tears in the curtains. After the cleaning, empty toilet rolls (which weren’t empty when we left the room) were left in the sink; don’t mind if staff used the bathroom but clean up after yourselves? 'Upgraded to a 1st floor 1-bedroom unit which was excellent. However, there were some air conditioning units outside the bedroom window that were very noisy all through the night (and day). Also the noise of both adjacent units running showers was extremely loud.'
