The couch was a little well-loved, but comfortable. The staff was very kind, and the bakery downstairs was excellent. We had very good coffee and breakfast the morning we left. The street outside should be finished with construction soon - then it will be ideal for walking directly into the old town. We would stay here again!'

'The service here was excellent! I make a mistake when booking which would have made our stay uncomfortable, and they adjusted things around my mistake to make it work.
Also, this is a really good part of town. It's quiet, but there are loads of shops, restaurants, markets etc. nearby. We stayed in the old town for a few days before, and this is much nicer.'

The staff were execeptional and the small touches such as packing us sandwiches for when we left, free minibar, cosmetics from L'Occitaine, fluffy slippers, fresh flowers everywhere every day just made it so special.
