'De ontvangst was zeer welkom en vriendelijk, De kamers zijn modern, net en ruim. De roomservice was goed. Het zwembad is aan de kleine kant en het water is niet goed onderhouden. De in en uigang van het hotel is een beetje verwarrend. Leuk hotel'

'Luxe hotel in het zakendistrict van Guatemala City. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. In de buurt zijn winkels en restaurants aanwezig. Wat mij betreft een aanrader.'

'The hostel was located in a guarded area. Felt safe in the hostel. The hostel was located very close to the airport and my friend and I were able to walk to the airport without any issue. We met Myriam at the hostel and she was very nice to us.'

'Th room was clean and large. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was amazing. They called and checked on me to be sure I had a ride to the airport. They provided a shuttle. The staff was also very responsive and helpful the night of check in. The hotel is gated and the gates are locked at night. Feels very safe and secure. Next trip will plan to stay here again. '

'The only issue we had was there was no AC and only one stand up fan that was falling apart. I spoke to the prepped manager and they are working on the issue. Overall experience was great! '
