'Nobody informed me i couldn’t check in after hours '

'We loved the room’s view, privacy, easy access, on-site dining and at 78 loved the tram going up to the bridge…we went back everyday! (We were able to go down the stairs at the top and squeeze through the passage to stand under the bridge but that was a challenge for us.) They also have cabins but the ones we saw had huge staircases to get to them. I would love to swim in the huge pool when it is open.'

'I was worried about the hotel room. I’m very picky about hotels and this room was super clean. The staff at the hotel were very friendly. The price was wonderful and the beds were comfortable.'

'We picked this hotel because we have enjoyed the Double Tree in Dalllas very much. The room was clean, the bathroom was outdated and poorly maintained. They listed room service but there was no restaurant room service. We were expecting a movie streaming service but that was not available. The breakfast buffet was ok. When you checkout they try to sign you up for deals. Overall we will not be returning to this location.'

'My husband and I came here to celebrate our anniversary and we had a blast. It was super cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The hot tub took awhile to get warm, but once it did, it was super relaxing. The host was very kind—they responded quickly when I asked if there were any specific instructions for how to use the hot tub. It was between very cold or super warm outside, and both the heater and the air conditioners worked perfectly. Likewise, I always bring instant coffee and sugar...

'This is a really lovely apartment complex with a nice pool and lounge area. The room was big, a decent shower, and the kitchen included washing machine and dryer, along with laundry pods. The parking is really convenient and easy to validate on check-in and whilst on the edge of town, the complex itself feels super safe as you need to input codes in all areas of the building. '
