'So much is right here, from decor to food to personnel, so that it was hard to understand why such a hotel is stillstuck in the Holiday-Inn past with its ac system blasting cold air in noisily. I want quiet so that I can sleep, I do not want a draft and I do not want a cold room, not in the least because this destroys the planet.'

Most business hotels around the downtown area are all variations on the same boring thing design, but ZaZa offers the usual amenities in a much more original way. Nicely furnished rooms (many of them themed) and movie memorabilia make the hotel my favourite place to stay in Dallas '

'This was a great option for the location, it’s a little difficult right now with the surrounding construction but overall, great room, clean, safe. '

'The staff at the front were very pleasant, helpful, and made me feel like they wanted customers there. My room was showing a little wear. But when I contacted Mint House about my main concern, they had a maintenance person at my door in about 20 minutes to fix it. That was impressive.'

'Ein sehr schönes Resort, in dem man toll abschalten kann. Aus dem Zimmer hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Smokeys und in einer kurzen Autofahrt hat man Gatlinburg und die Smokey erreicht. Wir würden immer wieder kommen!'

'It was cozy little place... nice and quiet!!! Plenty of woods to explore... a nature trail to walk down! Everything was in good condition and very clean! The communication with the owner was easy and we got responses right away! If you want to have a nice quiet romantic weekend away... this place is perfect!'
