If I had to mention a suggestion to improve, it would be addiing one or more facilities: they offer non! no restaurant, no breakfast, no bar, no spa, no office space. OK, they have a tiny little space which looks like a bar, but nobody serves there (I tried a couple of times!), so that is more a piece of art than an actual bar.

"This hotel is truly beautiful — Art Deco style, full of character and soul. The lobby is stunning, and the corridors feel like they transport you to a different era, with elegant marble floors… It could easily be a museum. It’s located downtown, and many sights are within walking distance. The subway and bus stops are also nearby. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, but the bathroom could use renovation.
However, it’s a large hotel, and that comes with some downsides. There was a long queue for both check-in and check-out, as not all service desks were staffed. We stayed for four nights, but had to downgrade our room because it still wasn’t ready — even at 5 PM. There was no refund, and as compensation we were offered a free breakfast, which turned out to be just for one day. Very disappointing.
Upon check-out, the bills I received showed additional charges of $352.26 for taxes and parking. However, my credit card was charged a total of €495.88 — significantly more than expected. I sent multiple messages via Expedia, but the hotel never responded. Since I was traveling through the U.S., I didn’t have the time to call and follow up properly. I sincerely hope the hotel will look into this and respond accordingly."
"Een heerlijk hotel,prima en zeer schone kamer.ontbijt was goed het hotel is voor iedereen dus ook veel kinderen..hou er rekening mee dat als je rust wilt dit dan niet het perfecte hotel is.er is altijd wel iets van geluid van bezoekers.dit vond ik niet storend.

"Het hotel is redelijk groot en heeft meerder ingangen om naar hotelkamer te komen. Voldoend parkeerplaats en gratis. Er is een binnen en buitenzwembad. Er zijn wasmachines aanwezig. Wij hadden een ruime en schone kamer met balkon en uitzicht op een riviertje. Het ontbijt is Amerikaans, basic maar voldoende keus. Het is een uitvalbasis voor bezoek Smokey Mountains en rustiger, ruimer dan Gaitlingburg. "

Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. "

"Really nice location just outside downtown. It's just a 15/20 walk to Broadway. The hotel itself is a little bit outdated. When we were there, new beds and carpet was there so I guess they're upgrade, the rooms. It's pretty clean, but it smells old. Breakfast is just average for this kind of hotel. Staff can be more friendly. But after all, a good stay! "

"I spent 8 nights there and it felt like home. Very safe feeling and despite the central atrium the room was very quiet thanks to the lay-out of the room. Very friendly staff making tou feel right at home and big breakfast options."
