And also the Mall of America is right across the street, with the public transit station right there too. The pool area was clean and the water was a comfortable temperature. 'The hotel was nice enough. The staff was excellent. My main complaint is paying for parking. The hotel has a huge parking lot, many years old yet they charge you to park there on top of the cost of the room. If they offered security I could understand but nothing special. We went to WalMart around the corner, We didnt feel safe. Homeless laying all around, beggars. We did Mall of America and went to the town of Edina for a meal. The hotel is convenient for that. '

'The staff here is fabulous and very accommodating. Rooms are clean and spacious. They will give you a refresh if you're there are for a couple days.
My only complaint was this. During the refresh the cleaning lady seemed to be in a little bit of a rush and forgot to give me toilet paper. I assumed she would have checked but she did not. That was the only thing that was icky. I fortunately was able to run down to the front desk to get more toilet paper when needed.

Verder is dit hotel dringend toe aan renovaties.
Het tapijt was vies, de waterdruk in de douche was zeer laag en de deur van de badkamer was verzakt en klemde. Het geheel gaf een versleten indruk.

Ontbijt was ronduit slecht. hele beperkte keuze, 1 soort ontbijtgraan, pannekoekjes en wit brood met alleen jam als beleg. De vermeldde gratis koffie/thee en water is niet op de kamer maar alleen in de entreehal te halen."
