'The staff were all very nice and accommodating. They were able to pick me up from the airport and take me to the mall whenever I was ready. On my last day, they took me to the mall after I left my luggage at the hotel and when they picked me up they had my luggage so that they could take me directly to the airport. Would definitely stay there again. '

'Situated near the Minneapolis-St. Paul airport in a quiet area. Hotel is very clean, staff are friendly and rooms are comfortable. You will need to drive to other areas for food and activities, but that is the charm of the place making it a quiet place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of other hotels closer to the airport. 'Stayed overnight after a flight cancellation at the airport. Desk staff was friendly & offered free water for a brief wait to check in. Nice touch. Airport shuttle runs promptly on the half-hour to & from airport beginning 3:30 am. I took the 4:00 am back to airport which left the hotel right on time. Room was spacious, comfortable with modern decor & very clean. I didn’t have time to enjoy other hotel amenities but was very pleased with my stay '

'Spent the night after attending the Minnesota Scottish Fair and Highland Games. Didn't book the room until the Thursday before attending on Saturday. Wasn't able to check in until after 8:00pm, yet the front desk staff was pleasant and very helpful. Room was ready and clean. After about an hour after checking in, the Front Looby staff called to check with me as to how the room was and if I needed anything after getting in.'
