'Excellent / effortless check in. Engaged and personable staff. Our room was just what we had hoped although if i had any gripes it was: 1) water pressure in the shower was quite extreme 2) no fan in bathroom so extremely steamy and 3) no continental breakfast or options (limited to cafe) was a bit of a blow BUT these were overall minute complaints for our overnight stay. '

'The parking lot is full of potholes. The main office is hard to get into due to construction. The building and surrounding area are in poor condition and appear aged. The office, hallways, and interior are nasty, dirty, damaged, and smell gross. The room was abysmal. Everything was dirty, broken, in poor condition, and extremely aged. The room smells terrible'

'My room was dirty. The carpet had stains, there was mold, the sheets had stains and holes. I didn’t use the jacuzzi the room came with because there were dirty streaks in it. Half the lights in the room didn’t work. The towels had stains on them. The cabinets had broken doors.'

'We only needed a place to stay overnight after watching the NBA game and to catch a flight in the morning. The hotel is conveniently located a few minutes away from the airport with a free shuttle running every 20 minutes. Rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. Price is convenient, good value for money'
