'We had a suite that was nice! Very clean, and staff was nice. Conveniently located to great spots for eating, drinks and walking to Arena. Valet parking is expensive but nice to have. '

'We went for the night of the Morgan Wallen concert. We called to let them know we might not be able to get there by midnight, the show ended at 1140. They said they would make a note in our room reservation. However when we showed up the doors were locked and no one at the desk for 20 minutes and couldn’t get a hold of anyone by phone. Needless to say our neighbors were loud and we were told they were tight on rooms, we reserved months ago. We won’t be staying there for our next concert. ...

'Het is een historisch gebouw. Op de zeer koude winterse dagen was de kant van de ramen wel koud in de kamer maar de verwarming was makkelijk naar een hogere temperatuur te zetten. Het is een bijzonder charmant hotel met een zeer service gerichte staff. Een aanrader.'

'This was a fantastic property I'd stay at again. Some rooms are without bathroom, and are priced accordingly. Very clean, very well equipped and very friendly! Website photos do the property justice, it's just as beautiful in person.'

'Our first room had someone’s dirty clothes left behind. The washroom door handle was on backwards. The lock was on the outside of the washroom door. Safety concern. Staff were very understanding when we told them about the lock and the clothes that they changed our room for us. '

'This is always my go-to hotel when staying in St. Paul. The hotel is always clean. The staff is friendly. They have a shuttle service if you’re going to concerts at Grand Casino Arena. It’s in a great location. The hotel is nice and quiet. The breakfast bar is always well stocked and has good food. I also enjoy that they have snack items for purchase at the front desk area. Overall, it’s my favorite hotel and I always enjoy my stay.'
