'Rooms were clean and roomy, beds were comfortable! We had the best Guest services manager, Hillary, who provided us with information on the mall and the train and supported our Viking team! The breakfast buffet offered many options for us. The desk personnel were very accommodating and made a great addition to the hotel, especially Rhonda!! '
