'Rooms are newly remodeled and beautiful! The big take away was the staff is so friendly and amazing! Especially Lynn who is just the sweetest. She picked me up from the airport and drove me to the Mayo for my appointment. If you want to feel like you’re part of a family it is staying there! I will be staying with them again soon if I become part of a study at Mayo! Thanks for everything guys! '

'Very friendly staff always willing to help. Great breakfast area with evening soup which was wonderful on these cold January nights. Housekeeping did not come one time during our stay and the front desk was accommodating to give us extra towels and supplies we needed for our room.'

'Residence Inn South is our choice of hotels when my husband has his check-ups at Mayo. It is a quiet convenient location. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfasts are nice and the breakfast area. There is a walking trail near the hotel that is nice to use for walks and some exercise.'

'For what we paid, this was a very good hotel. The baby pool was perfect for my 2 year old granddaughter. The pools were both heated, which was great! The breakfast was good. Staff from the front desk to the guy in the breakfast room, to the guys cleaning all of the time were very, very kind and friendly!! Will stay again for sure!'

'The room was very clean as well as the entire premises. Very nice room. New toilets full bath with tub & shower, separate from sink. Very quiet and peaceful.
Needs: faucet handles Tightened on both the sink and the tub. Refrigerator not cooling. Freezer seems to freeze though.
Prime location next to Starbucks and Taco Bell. Walking distance to super Walmart (3 blocks).
Family-Run business! Much enjoyed!'
