'Great hotel, great location'

'I’m not trying to be rude, but I wanted to leave honest feedback in hopes that it helps improve future guests’ experiences. Unfortunately, the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional during my stay, which made me feel unwelcome. The hotel also was not as nice as it appeared in the advertised photos. 'Het hotel is netjes en de kamers zijn schoon met comfortabele bedden. Het was druk toen we er waren, dus ook druk bij het ontbijt maar dit was wel goed geregeld. De parkeerplekken waren allemaal in gebruik en als het hotel vol is dan vraag ik me af of er wel voldoende parkeerplekken aanwezig zijn. Het hotel is prima maar ze mogen wel nadenken waar ze de leerlingen van scholen plaatsen. Wij hebben hierdoor overlast ervaren. 'We arrived. The lady who checked us in, she was super friendly, professional and nice. She accomodated us in everyway. The problem did not lie with her. The first room we checked into, the one bed had stained bed linens. It looked like someone had took and wiped themselves with the fitted sheet.
