'There was nobody there to guide us to where we were supposed to go. Fortunately, there was a staff there, it is a plastic surgeons building, that was able to contact somebody with the villa who gave us phone instructions on how to open the door and where actually the room was. They apologize and said the manager is usually on top of things, but apparently at this time there was a glitch. Things happen. 'This hotel is falsely advertised as good. It is dirty and unmaintained. It has mold in the showers, detached trimming, stains all over the walls, big gaps in the doors. It is unsafe for families. It smells like weed and mold. Do not stay here! The place is scary. Someone was running around back and forth on second floor all night. We couldn't wait to get out. Rooms have huge doors leading to the outside with no protective barriers. Dirty mens boxers on the court yard.'
