'Het hotel is netjes en de kamers zijn schoon met comfortabele bedden. Het was druk toen we er waren, dus ook druk bij het ontbijt maar dit was wel goed geregeld. De parkeerplekken waren allemaal in gebruik en als het hotel vol is dan vraag ik me af of er wel voldoende parkeerplekken aanwezig zijn.
Het hotel is prima maar ze mogen wel nadenken waar ze de leerlingen van scholen plaatsen. Wij hebben hierdoor overlast ervaren. Achter elkaar geren op de gang, muziek, geschreeuw en de hele tijd als...

'Nice new hotel with direct beach access and pool. Nice up to date rooms, friendly staff. Bar should open longer than 9 PM. And 1 night the restaurant was not seating outside because " It was too wet" It had not rained in hours and there was no rain foreseen in hours, just the restaurant staff too lazy to dry the tables and chairs. That is a shame as the outside area of the restaurant has a view on the beach.'

'Love the location , we always try to stay at the Royal Palms , so close to the pier . Love the view from balcony. The water was perfect and clear this trip . The pool, hot tub and grill area was nice to use and well maintained. My husband loves the outside swing . I have attached some photos from our balcony and some pics of the pretty water , we was there Labor Day weekend 2025. '

'We really enjoyed our stay it’s not a fancy hotel but I’m not a fancy girl, our room was nice and spacious wished they had like a dresser to unpack for our stay lol but no biggie the staff were all great and helpful and loved being able to have my corgis with me we will definitely stay again when we go back to gulf shores'
