'This house was easy to find because of its unique structure. We wish the beach access had been more clear. We couldn’t walk to the public beach and it was hard to find a nearby point where we could enter. It was not a 2 minute walk maybe a 2 minute drive. The main bed was uncomfortable and needed a new mattress. There were lots of stairs which might be challenging for older and younger guests. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was clean. We enjoyed our stay.'

'The home was clean and nice. However, it needs some TLC: paint, mold repair around vents, a clean furnace filter. Also, the fully stocked kitchen had no tea spoons, the toaster only half worked. The back door has a huge gap in it- It did blow open very easily with strong wind. The master bathroom door is too low and scrapping the floor and the washer is a little tricky to use ( youtube helped us get it working) ( push start twice) . 'My family had a wonderful vacation here. Scott was very friendly and communicative. Other than some sand, the house was very clean when we arrived.
