'The property is nice the staff are friendly but the reason why I gave 3 stars overall was because after spending 8 days paying around the same price for a night they raised the price significantly and when I asked if I could keep the same rate the response was kind of snarky telling me the price that it would go up to like if I couldn’t cover it, they said that they needed to talk the the general manager and they never did so I decided to check out and go to another hotel. 'Tiene buena ubicación en el sur de cali pero muy deficiente en cuanto a los desayunos, teniendo Colombia tanta variedad de comida y desayunos… corrimos con la mala suerte de pan tajado con lama, imagino que viejo y huevos, porque era eso o una sopa!!! Terrible lo que nos tocó para el desayuno!!'

'Personeel op automatische piloot, niet echt vriendelijk. Tot 2x toe, toegang tot de kamer gedeactiveerd. Slot badkamer stuk. Weinig opbergruimte. Ontbijt tussen 6 en 9, veel te vroeg. Rustig als er op zaterdagavond geen feestje is bij de overbuur tot 5u s'morgens. Hotelbalie werd gecontacteerd, geen effect. Bed en matras = zeer goed'

'Facilities were ok, shower water pressure was very poor, no bottled water in room, restaurant was not plant based customer friendly at all, the light in the room was very soft and made impossible to read or work. No bellboy so be prepared to move your luggage yourself. Staff was very helpful and attentive.'

'La propiedad está en buen estado, el aseo puede mejorar un poco pero está bien. La comunicación puede mejorar antes de entrar al apartamento pero una vez entraron en contacto, todo salió muy bien. El apartamento es interior y no tiene ventanas a la calle.'
