'A very well located family owned hotel where everyone knows your name. It’s also nicely decorated, kept impeccably clean, and the breakfast was delicious! I look forward to my next stay. '

'Las atenciones fueron de primera en especial de parte de el encargado muy atento , amable , buen trato , me encantó realmente las atenciones y la propiedad . Volvería !!'

'I was supposed to receive free breakfast, that is one of the main reasons why I booked the property, but I was told by staff that I have to pay a fee and I was charged all three days I stayed. I ended up ordering from RAPPI which is their version of door dash which was much better!'

'Lovely hotel, the rooms were spacious and very clean, the staff was wonderful and incredibly patient and helpful with the clients. The restaurant was quiet, the food was delicious and the priced were really good. The staff of both the hotel and restaurant were BY FAR the best asset of the hotel. I would definitely book this hotel next time I visit to Cali.'

'El hotel super bueno, atención lo mejor. Siempre atento y preguntando por lo que necesitabamos. Tuvimos un gran estadía en este hotel. En este momento están ampliando el hotel y va a quedar super bueno. '

'The first day we got there to shower didn’t work did not drain. Bathroom got flooded. Breakfast is sad for Colombian hotel. It’s very sad. There are a few options out of coffee went out of milk not a good experience. The gym is a joke. The rooms are clean with plenty of room overall look for a better option even if you pay more.'

'The included Breakfast is not good, very limited.'

'Personeel op automatische piloot, niet echt vriendelijk. Tot 2x toe, toegang tot de kamer gedeactiveerd. Slot badkamer stuk. Weinig opbergruimte. Ontbijt tussen 6 en 9, veel te vroeg. Rustig als er op zaterdagavond geen feestje is bij de overbuur tot 5u s'morgens. Hotelbalie werd gecontacteerd, geen effect. Bed en matras = zeer goed'

'Most friendly, hospitable and clean place we have stayed in a long time! The breakfast was fresh and made to order. Will absolutely stay here again. '

'that everytime i asked for something they did everything possible to accommodate me, once i asked for a cup a hot water and the receptionist brought me one to my room almost burning her fingers, what i did not like was that they keep leaving the window open'

'El personal es muy amable pero definitivamente deben mejorar la limpieza de las habitaciones.'

'⭐ 1/5 — Worst Experience Ever at Casa Aurora! Extremely disappointing experience! We were offered a refund, which influenced our decision to stay, only for management to go back on their word. They later admitted that they had known the internet wasn’t working from the very beginning but failed to inform us before our...
