We took the suite with the jacuzzi which we were told wasn’t operative it only had water there with dirt and plants floating on it. Very disappointing, also to be a suite the little refrigerator was empty with no water or other drinks ( which obviously have to be paid for) not even a glass so we could drink water we bought at...

As a solo traveler who does not speak English, she went the extra mile to make me feel welcomed and safe and even taking the time to talk with me and make sure I ate.
