'We stayed for 5 nights first and it was so good we came back at the end of our trip for a further 3 nights. We had only booked for a couple of nights initially but kept extending our stay. Part of what makes this place so special, aside from the historic building and vintage furniture, is the staff themselves. In particular, Juan was especially helpful, kind and polite. He went above and beyond to ensure both our stay and our time spent in Santiago was the best it could possibly be. Thank you...

'Net hotel. Ligt midden in het centrum. Mooie ruime kamers. Restaurant stelt niet veel voor. Er is geen Lobby. Het restaurant was gedurende ons verblijf gesloten. Konden s'avonds niets eten of roomservice bestellen ondanks dat ons eerder op de dag was verteld dat dit wel mogelijk was.'
