'Fiquei muito satisfeita com a estadia. Os quartos eram extremamente limpos e confortáveis, o que fez toda a diferença para o descanso. A localização é excelente, bem no centro da cidade, com fácil acesso ao metrô, o que facilitou muito a locomoção. A rua onde o local está situado é mais deserta, como é comum em áreas centrais, mas não senti insegurança nem tive dificuldades para circular. No geral, uma ótima experiência!'

'Het hotel lag direct naast het busstation, hetgeen een lang zoeken naar een taxi bespaarde. Ook de beveiliging van het hotel viel duidelijk op. Ongenode gasten werden direct buiten gehouden. Om met de lift de kamer te bereiken moest je de sleutelkaart gebruiken. Het personeel was uitermate vriendelijk enbehulpzaam.'

'O melhor de tudo foi o atendimento das pessoas do Residencial! Especial agradecimento a Doris, que me atendeu com muita simpatia e paciência. O local é exatamente como mostrado. O café da manhã vem com café, uma fruta, um sanduíche misto, um iogurte e um copo do suco, que dá pra saciar qualquer tipo de fome. Precisei sair às 5h00 e o café me foi servido, apesar do horário. 'Booked the hotel for 10 days in advance and I would not advise you to go there if you want to enjoy nice food and good bars; there's nothing nice in the vicinity! Even no hotel bar. Better to go and pick something in Las Condes I guess. You'll pay the same or a bit more and there's a good rail connection to the downtown area when you want to visit the old town during the day.'
