'Excellent and very personalized and attentive service. Great breakfast, especially the "huevos Casa Conde". Atmosphere of neighbourhood isn't the greatest at the moment compared to a few years back, but that applies to all of Santiago'

'Muy amables los propietarios y exelente ubicación'

'Beautiful house. Warm welcome! Very helpful'

'The location of the property is excellent, next to Memory Museum. The receptionists are very helpful. They kindly switched out us to a bigger room because the bathroom door didn't close in the room we were given. Unfortunately, the shower door in the new room didn't close all the way and water got all over the floor. Great value for the money, because it includes a hot breakfast but I'm not sure I would stay there again.'

'Excellent emplacement'

'Ruime kamers. Modern. Comfortabel. Ideale ligging bij station, metro, terminal Alameda. '

'Conforme os anúncios anteriores!👍'

'The hotel rooms were clean. Breakfast was free for guest from 6 AM to 11 AM. However, parking garage smelled like a sewer and so did the elevator is coming up from the parking garage. Vincent was pretty helpful at the front desk. His other colleagues were not at times. When we asked for extra towels, they said they were only available after 9 AM to 5 PM. 'Bijzonder hotel met gastvrijheid hoog in het vaandel. Vriendelijke receptionisten en goede hulp bij transfer naar en vanaf vliegveld. '

'Room with fully equipped kitchen was spacious and modern. Location is very central within walking distance of many sights. Good WiFi and breakfast buffet was plentiful.'

'Tudo Perfeito pessoal super carinhoso e lugar muito limpo'

'Tiene muy buena ubicación en el centro, a solo un bloque del palacio de la moneda. Queda dentro de la zona de recogida para los tours, así que es muy conveniente. El personal es muy amable.'

'Very nice'

'Es un lugar muy agradable para quedarse en Santiago, una zona tranquila cerca del metro y varios lugares de comida y tiendas. El cuarto está muy bien equipado'

'An ok one night stay to catch the next transport. '

'Coming from the airport, we needed a convenient place to stay. The Ibis is right next to the bus station, so that worked our fine. However their promise for quick service didn't really work out, spent more than half an hour waiting to check in... Rooms are standard Ibis rooms. Safety is good. In all, it's an Ibis, you get just that, with slower service.'

'Bien'

'Was een prima accommodatie. Wat gedateerd maar verder goed. '
