'Een fantastisch hotel met een unieke sfeer van een chique herenhuis. Heerlijk bed en zeer schoon. Het hotel is in het centrum van Santiago gelegen dus het is makkelijk om vanuit het hotel te voet de stad te verkennen.'

'It is a unique property; definitely a boutique hotel, which I prefer. I would recommend you ask for a 2nd or 3rd floor. My room on the 1st floor was right on the street with no privacy or natural light unless I opened the shutters. Also, I arrived by taxi at night. As we drove through the surrounding neighbourhood, the "historic" area was more ghetto than I expected from their photos. Many of the older buildings that would have been grand back in the day, are empty, in need of major repair....

'Excellent, very reasonably priced accommodation in Santiago's neighbourhood teeming with students. Plenty of reasonably priced, good quality restaurants in the vicinity. The town's historical centre is 10 minutes away by walking. The hosts are friendly, and your breakfast (very nice!) will be delivered to your room at the time of your choice. RECOMMENDED!!'

'Room with fully equipped kitchen was spacious and modern. Location is very central within walking distance of many sights. Good WiFi and breakfast buffet was plentiful.'

'Het hostel bevindt zich in een prachtig koloniaal pand met hoge rijkelijk versierde plafonds en mooie details. Vriendelijk personeel, een goed verzorgd ontbijt en ze hebben ruime gezamenlijke douchegelegenheden. Minder fijn was dat het bed wel erg kraakte.'

'Booked the hotel for 10 days in advance and I would not advise you to go there if you want to enjoy nice food and good bars; there's nothing nice in the vicinity! Even no hotel bar. Better to go and pick something in Las Condes I guess. You'll pay the same or a bit more and there's a good rail connection to the downtown area when you want to visit the old town during the day.'
