'This is a hidden gem in a maybe not well known, but great Barrio in Buenos Aires, i.e. Almagro. Taxi and Uber work great and cost little, so within minutes you are in Palermo or other Barrios. The owner of Casa Umare, Pablo, was always available for any request and even provided us with metro cards. The house itself is a beautifully restored 100 year old mansion with matching art all around, mostly from Pablo, who is also a gifted artist.'

'There is no finer place to stay in Buenes Aires. The B&B was beautiful with a Mediterranean charm. The rooms were simple yet clean and comfortable. The best part of the trip was the innkeeper Thibaud. He was helpful with ANY info one might need. He was friendly with plenty of stories on hand. He is always ready to make a suggestions for restaurants and attractions. If I ever go back to BA, I'll stay here again.'

'Het zwembad was niet open, wat wel op de site stond. Dit was 1 van de redenen dat we dit hotel hebben gekozen. Verder was het ontbijt erg summier, met weinig soorten beleg. Dit is absoluut niet wat ik zou verwachten van een vier sterren hotel. '

It's a very convenient location to walk around, all the touristy happening restaurants and places are nearby. The bed is comfortable, it's a great place to stay overall.'
