'We come here every year but this year the dude at the reception put a dent in our stay as soon as we arrived. Zero communication skills. Absent from the reception every 10 minutes he would disappear for 10-15 min. He refused to open the doors between our rooms claiming he does not have a key. His colleagues confirmed that was a lie. We had to change our sleep configuration (small kids) which was a major inconvenience to say the least '

'Excellent hotel, petit , ultra luxueux , ultra qualitatif .'

'Nice rooms, but dated and a bit smelly. The pool and spa were nice'

'Nice stay. The staff was friendly and helpful My only real complaint was the VERY BAD PARKING'

'The room was not quite as described on Expedia, but that did not matter. Not your typical hotel, more like staying as guests in someone’s house. Lovely location in a lovely village, situated in lovely scenery.'

'Dead bugs everywhere in the room, they where never cleaned. '

'Persoonlijk ontvangst, gratis parkeerbon. Smaakvol ingerichte kamer, comfortabele bedden, goede badkamer.

'A very charming hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff, located in the heart of downtown Sighișoara. The breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this boutique hotel.'

'Like going back in time, without all the downsides of Medieval life. Great location and a beautifully restored old property. Ebie at the front desk was very genuine and helpful. Felt like i was staying at a friends place. Able to park my rental right on the property (which means you get to drive right into old town) Would definitely stay here again'

'Prachtige kamer. De trappenhal van het hotel leek wel een museum van oude technieken met oude strijkijzers, potten en pannen zelfs een spinnewiel. Ik kon ervan genieten. Ontbijt prima verzorgd. We verbleven 4 nachten.

'Charming hotel, excellent food at the restaurant. Location was perfect.'

'Beautiful rooms, excellent location, friendly and accommodating staff. If you plan to stop in Targu Mures, this is the place to stay'

'Hotel Central Park is very centrally located on one of the main roads and is easily one of the better hotel options in Sighișoara, so I would still recommend it overall. Some of the disappointment came more from the city than the hotel. The fortress had great potential for a standout Christmas market, but heavy regulations limited vendors and made the experience feel underwhelming. We were not informed in advance that the main restaurant would be closed on Christmas Day for a private event,...

'The room is very spacious clean and the bed is excellent for sleeping especially for all kind of people if they got back problems. Towels are been changed on a daily basis and cleaning as well . Spa is clean and massages are available on daily basis with professional therapist.'
