'This is a clean facility. They have complimentry breakfast, which is nice. It was a bit noisy with kids at night. Did not receive a top floor and asked for 1. It was close to the facility I was there for. I would stay there again.'

'Such a great property! The beds were so comfortable, having the 3 pools to choose from... The quiet pool, the adult pool and the regular pool. We only went to the adult pool and it was so peaceful. We ordered room service for lunch and the selections were okay. Mostly burgers, hot dogs, pizza and fried chicken tenders. It would be nice to have better options, but honestly, that's my only negative feedback. Bonus.. it's only 5 minutes from Agua Caliente!'

'When booking, I was honestly skeptical, but went for it based on the other reviews and price. I was not disappointed and I’m glad I didn’t break the bank booking elsewhere. It was perfect for what my kids and I needed. Area isn’t sketchy, decent. Gas stations and some retail down the street. Check in was easy, everything was clean and aesthetically pleasing as well. We stayed one night. Only thing that was missing was extra towels, a hand soap and body wash, but no big deal, so honestly didn’t...

'Pretty big villa with everything that you need (full size bedroom with bathroom, big living room with another bathroom, full kitchen and little patio backyard area. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Plus it’s walking distance to nearby stores like TJ Maxx, Walgreens, Chipotle, etc.'

'The Cactai is excellently maintained with comfortable beds and a beautiful swimming pool area complete with nice lounging and a hot tub. It has modern decor and high tech features including a bidet with great setting choices. There is no front desk. Once you register yourself as a guest you are sent a code for the front gate and your room and you're all set. We would stay again when in Palm Springs.'

'Hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of the shops and restaurants. Parking was included, even as the breakfast. There is a nice pool. Be aware that the rooms can be noisy.'
