'Overall, we enjoyed the location and the cleanliness of the property. I have two complaints. One, was the check-in process was a nightmare as the reservation was booked under multiple names including mine (Great), and the host or hosts which made everything super confusing for Marriot's staff. I was told at check-in that they had my reservation, but it was multiple, and I'd have to check out and check in multiple times throughout my stay. The entire house was spotless, and every kitchen appliance we needed was readily available and functioning perfectly. 'Property and Location was spacious. Carol, our host met with me at property.She became frustrated with me when explaining how to turn on lazy river. This set the tone on how approachable she was when we had other concerns on the property. Queen casita was dirty/sticky floors. Several TVs on property did not turn on.
