'Awful. I stayed at Apart-Hôtel Le Pic de l’Ours and had a very frustrating experience. The hotel advertises WiFi, but in reality it only works in a small part of the building. As I was there for work, this made my stay unworkable. I contacted reception to explain I needed to leave early, but received no response. When I finally spoke to someone (reception is rarely staffed), a refund was refused despite the misleading information. The accommodation itself felt tired, with noticeable noise from...

'This was a very nice place to stay whilst exploring the mountains. It's a very functional gite, with a lovely shaded terrace, in a hillside village. We'll be back, and we'll probably.visit the excellent restaurant around the corner again too!'

'This hotel is an absolute gem! We felt so welcome. The hotel is beautifully maintained and the location ideal for day trips in the Pyrenees or just relaxing on the terrace. Breakfast is wonderful and we highly recommend having dinners at the hotel which are like a luxury restaurant with local seasonal ingredients right at your “home”. This is a special place - highly recommend.'

'Une chambre d'hôte que je vous recommande les yeux fermés. Les hôtes sont vraiment très gentils, l'endroit est très calme et bien placé pour explorer la cerdagne et le capcir. le logement est parfait, le petit déjeuner un régal, un endroit qui permet de se ressourcer.'
