'De ervaring met deze hotel keten is zeer goed en heel positief. Bij alle locaties: Puno, Cusco, Machu Pichu en Lima. Bij Cusco had het personeel per ongeluk een vergissing gemaakt waardoor wij een taxi miste. Maar dit werd door het hotel daarna ruimschoots hersteld. Elke keer weer werden we heel fijn geholpen door het personeel bij alle locaties. Zeker een aanbeveling waard.'

'Casa Cristobal Centenario is a great place to stay. It’s about 10 to 20 minutes maximum walk to plaza de armas. Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast is amazing. If you plan a tour most of the companies pick you up from the hotel, but keep in mind that they tend to drop you off in the central area like plaza de armas. Only bummer is that doorbell is a bit loud, so you can hear when people buzz to be let in. However on that note, the property is safe and secure.
