'The only 2 negative issues preventing a 5 rating were as follows. 1. The AC in the separate 3rd BR was not working when we arrived, they did get it taken care of by the end of the 2nd day. Not sure why it wasn't checked before our arrival. 2. 'My time-share is always in job condition the front desk staff, Monica of Member Services and the pool staff (Emilio, Gabino and Chema) take care of all of our needs. They keep the building looking great, the vegetation, the DJ at the in-door bar and the live music at 12 Tribes are always a treat. They assign the same housekeeper for the week.
