Wij waren onze bril vergeten, Beatriz de eigenaresse heeft veel moeite gedaan om er voor te zorgen dat een gast de bril meeneemt naar haar volgende bestemming waar wij al waren, zodat wij de bril weer terug hadden. 'Amazing service! We had booked a shuttle to take us to the airport and they forgot about us. When I told the front desk they called and complained on our behalf and got our taxi fare covered by the company. Above and Beyond! Besides that, great homey breakfast, luggage storage, comfy bed and hot shower. Was worried it might be noisy, but not at all. There's also a shared space to leave/take supplies for your trek, including stove fuel.'

My visit was during fall when temps were colder. The hostel was always warm after a day outdoors. The owner Luis was very kind and accommodating, making sure you have everything for a perfect visit.
