'I booked this stay many months ago through VRBO. I had to ask the host a question twice and both times I got no responses. I had to call VRBO to have them contact the host to answer the question on whether I could adjust the dates of the visit. This should have been the first clue that this was not going to go well We showed up at 6pm local time after travelling on an overnight flight from the US and driving 4 hours with two little kids.
