'I was disappointed with my experience at St. Ann’s Guest House. While my overall stay was average, I encountered an issue involving transportation arranged through the front desk. Upon check-in, I requested assistance with arranging a TT rideshare for my airport transfer. I confirmed this request twice with the staff. On the morning of checkout, no one was at the front desk, and a man entered, identified himself as my driver, and I was directed by the staff. I don't remember the front desk...

'I enjoyed every moment at the hotel, staff were great and friendly, the Sunday brunch with the live Dj at the pool was awesome, breakfast was good also, the roof top bar at night was literally lit, the view was everything that words cannot explain, you have to visit.'

'Staff was very friendly. The hotel is gated and always had someone available to open/close it. Check in and check out was a breeze. The hotel is within walking distance of a coffee shop, some local restaurants, the Savannah, gardens, zoo. There was no continental breakfast, no bar even though one was there. We didn't use the pool. Property could use some upgrades and renovation.'

The home is beautifully decorated, extremely well maintained. The neighbors are all friendly and helpful & the owner is extremely responsive to any questions you may have. ' Im the guy that would always see the glass half full and to never complain..This i can't let go without adressing. The master bedroom a/c is not working!!! My wife and i slept on the sofa the 6 nights we were there.called for maintenance.no one came...the last 3 days, the water was turned off.No running water!!!. '
