'Had a great vacation at this resort with my family. The service was amazing. The staff was very helpful and served us well, especially at the dining hall. The food was really good, served hot, right amount of spice and a good variety on the menu. The only suggestion, would be to include more sweet dishes. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, a good variety of north and south indian options. The archery and gun shooting activity was a nice touch, although not very well maintained it was a fun...

'A homely and welcoming colonial-era hotel that has been maintained in excellent condition. A comfortable base for Shimla with good food, good service, and extremely attentive staff. The owners live on-site and are pleased to meet and greet their guests. Would recommend strongly.'

'I was surprised when the hotel staff told us that the evening tea they offer wasn't available to us because we booked through Expedia. We paid the full price, whether directly or indirectly, so the facilities should be the same for everyone. Unfortunately, they refused to provide it, and they also denied us complimentary access to the steam room. Overall, they didn’t seem to prioritize guest satisfaction.'

'The activities coordinator/manager is a creep. We went for new years. His name is Ranjit. Girls, please beware. He was drunk and kept telling me to go into the woods with him to collect wood. I said no and he tried to hold my hand. Thankfully, I ran away before things got any worse. The next day we tried to find his supervisor to complain but he was nowhere in sight.'

'There were no cylinders to cook, the room was not cleaned properly and was full of dust. The owner kept disturbing us having the AC guy come in for inspecting the property. Had TV but no remote. Though the property was nice but the outdoors were anyhow not as per the photos. There was sitting area in the campus as displayed in the photos moreover the building was under construction as well'
