'Great vacation rental! Prefect studio with full bath and full kitchen. Close to restaurants and 10-15 minute drive to Grace Bay. Property owner was very responsive and brought over extra brand new frying pan upon request the next day! Unit and pool were clean. AC worked great! Overall very happy with my stay. '

'Everything was as described—no surprises. It’s a remote area, but you’ll have the beach to yourself. A 4WD is a must, especially when it’s raining, as the roads in Providenciales flood easily.'

'I was expecting at least 3 days supply of towels for a weeks stay. However they brought more on the 4th day. Limited kitchen dishes and pots however enough to make it through. DONT follow the Expedia GPS directions, lost for 2 hours. Property manager had to come get us. When we arrived the GPS said we still had more distance to go. Overall a good stay, would probably stay there again for the price. Outdoor amenities are awesome. '

'Gorgeous property in a nature preserve at the north west part of the island. Beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were great. The restaurant on site had great food. The apartment is very spacious with 3 bedrooms and had everything you need for a perfect vacation! Lisa was very helpful and accommodating. We will certainly come back! '

'We greatly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very spacious, clean, and well stocked. House keeping was great and even loaded the dishwasher for us each day. We enjoyed the expansive patio, and my boys enjoyed throwing football on the lawn. My kids enjoyed the pool in the evenings. The beach is incredible, and we loved how quiet and uncrowded it was in front of Villa Renaissance, especially compared to how crowded it was in front of some of the larger resorts a few doors down. 'We had another amazing stay at the Villa Renaissance! We had an early flight, but were able to check in early, which was a nice bonus :) The apartment has been updated with new kitchen appliances, including a new fridge, dish washer and coffee maker. Great location with direct beach access. '
