'The house was really nice just had some concerns about ice in carport which I felt was a safety issue for mature adults over 70.we had no communication with property manager during our stay. We did fix television in master bedroom which had apparently been mentioned in an earlier review as not working.'

'The house is very nice - perfect for a family. The location is very scenic - no traffic or light at night. Deer were grazing near the house every day. The only complaint we have is the heating system. It’s some kind of ambient heat blowing out. When it’s 85 degrees outside you don’t want it to be hotter than that inside.'

'We had 5 adults and 4 kiddos at the lodge. The stay was great. Plenty of room, beds, games, eating area, etc. The views are beautiful with views of mountains, the San Juan River from a wooded mountain setting. Within 10 minutes of downtown Pagosa and an easy 30 minute ride to Wolf Creek Ski area! Minutes The lodge is great and we highly recommend it!'

'If you’re looking for a little slice of heaven in Pagosa Springs, this is it. We loved the huge picture windows, the deck and the hot tub. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Very quiet location to just relax and watch the stars. One day we even had a visit from the neighboring cows who checked on us through the window.'

The home is located in a fantastic area and you are close to town, we took a day trip to Durango and visited the hot springs and it was worth the trip!
