'Nuestra habitacion contaba con balcòn que daba hacia una calle con semáforo la cual la hacia ruidosa. El staff siempre fue muy amable. La limpieza era buena dependiendo de quien la diera,pues cada empleada limpiaba diferente. Lamentablemente nuestra habitacion no contaba con hot tub pero el baño era bastante comódo.'

'I went for a surgery and the people was "great ", they helped me a lot. If you ask me I come back I will say yes. I dont care if the building is old that makes it more special. Only problem I saw when you order something you have to go to the parking or if you come in taxi they have to leave you in the front at the parking even if you come with many bags. The security guys are mean and so rude, not all but a few they are.'

'Door de centrale hal wordt elk geluid versterkt. Praten, lopen, muziek, telefoons. Ontbijt is slecht: alleen ei, wat te drinken en verse vruchten. Bediening is langzaam en slecht. Bij afrekening van hotel komen er plotseling onverwachte kosten. Voorbeelden: telefoon rekening voor bellen binnen Bogotá, vanuit je kamer €90 in tien dage . Bellen binnen bogotá is gratis als je internet abonnementen hebt. Maakt geen prettige indruk. Ik heb geweigerd te betalen. Dan is het ook goe. Dus ze proberen het...

'Mooie ruime, schone kamer in rustige wijk. Het is erg leuk om op zondag naar de markt te gaan, vlak bij het hotel. Hele leuke sfeer. Veel goede restaurants in de buurt. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van de Wellness, dat kunnen we dus niet beoordelen.'

'In all ways the hotel staff tried to make my hotel as comforatable as possible. Shortly after my first stay I booked a second one night stay. I had to stand up at 4 a.m. to catch my flight and normally they do not serve breakfast, but on my request they made an acception and had a breakfast box available. which I really appreciated. During my first stay I found the breakfast service excellent. Instead of regular filter coffee it was no problem to receive a few good expresso's from the bar...
