'Very nice hotel but the service is not up to the same level. They could not take a preauthorization on my card and as such all expenses had to be paid separately by cash or card. My laundry was not delivered to my room and I had to go pick it up myself and pay for it the next day...this is not acceptable. Next time just take a preauthorization...In years of travel I have never experienced this! '
