'Fantastic property and staff'

'Good rates. Clean rooms .the staff is not so pleasant and not kid friendly. Maybe the night shift only. Don’t know I checked out in the morning.i didn’t like the $50 deposit upon checking in either as it was not mentioned in the booking. '

'No cots available for extra sleeper. Only 3 towels in the bathroom. And the wifi is cumbersome and should be simplified - I shouldn't have to "register" for a rewards program just to use internet. '

'The hotel was completely full of eclipse viewers. The check-in person was nice enough to group our three family members together on one floor (actually had our own wing). Perhaps because I had booked many months earlier the price was reasonable. As a bonus the hotel is right next to the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana campus.'

'I forgot my id and was in town for marathon weekend and the front desk let me use my sisters id plus my insurance to get in no problem! Gave me peace of mind the night before the big race! '

'The manager who greeted me on check-in was friendly. I appreciated his hospitality especially on a night I know he was busy as the hotel was fully booked. '
