It took us 45 minutes and many calls to get the manager and first she gave us a room that the door won't lock then she gave us a room that the door did lock but you could see outside all around the door. It is very old and not kept up. It appears as though in 2 of the rooms that people are living there. They didn't have the queen bed to were told we would get instead 2 double...

'The AC was terrible. I could not leave it on because it was making a very loud noise. Terrible, terrible experience sleeping in that room. All the other things were okay, the only problem was the noisy AC.'

'The location on 3rd street was walkable to multiple restaurants and shops as well as next door to the dome. The sauna was new and well maintained along with the exercise equipment. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast with the variety of options available! The room was clean. Washing machines also available. No complaints!'
