'It was truly a wonderful house. I stayed there with my father, mother, wife, and two children, and the beautiful, classic rooms made us feel like we were really on vacation. 'Beautiful cabin in a beautiful setting! Everything was in great shape and impeccably clean! It rained most of the time we were there, but that didn't impact our stay. Plenty of games, magazines and books. The front porch made outdoor time still possible. Thank you!'

'The cabin is well equipped and comfortable for adults over 16. We worried that the cabin is pretty close to the road for our dog and if we had a little kid with us that could of been more stressful. It is easy to get to Ohio pyle and all the activities in the area. We appreciated that the cabin was very clean and enjoyed the quiet and board games provided.'

'Cute cabin with hot tub, located near Ohiopyle. Full kitchen, fireplace (we didn't use), dog friendly. Lots of towels. Secluded enough to avoid neighbors. Bring your own firewood for the fire pit. We had a great time both there and in Ohiopyle.'

'Had a great night at the cabin. An interesting cabin with all the friends that Walter has kept in store in the living room! The cabin is well stocked with everything you need. Check-in was easy. 'Cabin is very nice but felt you should include photos of Orndorff cabin in proximity to Schaeffer house. It was not occupied, but if it was, it would have changed our entire trip due to loud talkers in our group around the fire ring. Cleanliness was good except half eaten oreo left on top of refrigerator. Made me wish I would of bought the oreos I was looking at the prior day. Honestly did like the Schaeffer house.'

'This rental was great and i will definitely be back. Dean was very helpful and responsive. The property is much better than the pictures lead you to believe. The stream is just steps from the back door and there is a second floor balcony that i was not expecting. I saw no other humans during my whole stay (this was a goal) but i did see lots of deer and turkeys. As a bonus there are 2 trees right near the fire pit that were perfect for a hammock! '
