'The property is beautiful, with spacious clean rooms. The staff is nice. We had an urban facing room just a few steps above ground level, and the noise level at night made it very difficult to sleep. Lot of people hanging out until 2–3 AM right outside our room. The location of the hotel is great in old town so it’s a trade off. Our flight arrived late at night and the middle of the night check-in turned into an adventure. We had to carry large suitcases down 50 steps to reach the hotel and...

'Nice hotel located near the old town of Chania with its many restaurants and shops. Nice and clean room which was disinfected before I arrived. No cleaning during my stay because of Covid-19, which the staff and hotel take very seriously. As a result the swimming pool had limited opening times, and breakfast was served, but you could indicate what you wanted. Only negative for me was that they only start serving breakfast at 7:30 am, a bit late if you want to do organised day trips. '

'Prima en vriendelijk ontvangen. Ruime gezinskamer voor 1 nacht met verdieping De bank sliep erg slecht vanwege de balken van het frame onder de zitting die je erg goed voelde als je in het bed lag. Het andere inklap bijzet bedje was helaas ook van slechte kwaliteit. Het tweepersoonsbed was een mooi vorstelijk bed! We hadden een erg vroege vlucht vanaf Chania AirPort (dat maar op enkele minuten van het hotel lag) maar de 24 uurs-receptie had een take-away ontbijtje voor ons. '

'We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were so attentive - always offering to help with advice or services. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of choice and constant coffee refills . Great way to start the day. The hotel is in an ideal location around 10 mins walk to the old town. Such a nice walk in too. If you’re driving then the hotel is located not far from the main highway road that goes through all of Crete. Really handy!'
