'Mooi hotel met vriendelijk personeel op zeer goede lokatie, stadje en strand op 5min.wandelen.Voor ons was het ontbijt wat minder, start pas om 7h30 wat laat is als je uitstap hebt gepland, alles wordt op voorhand gemaakt en opgewarmd zoals eitjes.Er is ook niet veel variatie, was voor ons een minpunt.'

'The room was cleaned daily and very well. The receptionist, Hara, was sweet and welcoming and helpful all the way. Breakfast was served from 8-10 on 1 min away hotel from the same chain and the staff there were also very friendly and welcoming. The view from the Balcony to the Venetian Harbor is even prettier in person (the photos here are only a snippet). Thank you for the great experience! We will be back'

'Highly recommend staying at Alcanea. Eva, our host, was incredibly helpful and friendly. The staff/service was great. And the complimentary breakfast offered lots of local options and all were delicious. Best part of this stay was the view and location. The view of the port was awesome with the water, local bars/shops, and mountains in the distance. And there were dozens of restaurants and shops offering all we might need/want. This hotel made Chania feel like home.'

'We travel a reasonable amount and we just say this was one of the most unique and enjoyable rooms we have ever stayed in. Every single detail
of the room is impeccable. The original distressed stained coffered ceilings, the wall murals, the furniture, the bathrooms, the configuration. As real estate owners we could even appreciate the level of detail in the electrical and plumbing. The patio was not huge but it was very adequate and provided an immersive feeling in the whole Hania Old Port vibe....

10/10 Voortreffelijk
This hotel is a true gem. It’s brand new, with spacious, spotless, and modern rooms. I stayed in a room with a pool view, sauna, and balcony — and everything was perfect. The location is also ideal: if you're looking to be close to both Nea Chora beach and the charming Old Venetian Harbour + old town, this is the place for you. Both are just a 10-minute walk away.
But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. I’ve traveled all over the world, and I’ve never felt this...
