'The cottage was charming, very clean, & comfortable. Just wished the garden wasn’t connected to the cafe right next door. That said, the location was perfect as you could walk downtown which has cute shops & great restaurants.'

'We had a great stay here. It was perfect - enough bathrooms and rooms that were great sizes for our family. We had three adults and two kids (ages 1 and 3) (one slept in a pack and play). It was perfectly located and easy to get to downtown Leesburg and many of the wineries in the area. The weather was so nice and we enjoyed sitting on the porch at the end of the night. The yard was perfect for the kids. We’d definitely stay here again.'

'Stayed the weekend for a show jumping event at Morven park. This spot was very peaceful and quiet. The small village of Waterford was amazing. The hostess really knocked it out of the park - I've never seen a place supplied with so many incidentals, to improve the quality of your stay. Everything was very easy and memorable. Will probably return with a friend to enjoy the nearby wineyard and apple cidery.'

The location was in walking distance to multiple parks as well as easy access to 270. The pictures don’t do the place justice. The host was pleasant and very responsive. Very happy with our stay.'

'Such a phenomenal experience! The place is tucked away, though the woods and in the middle of pastures with horses on one side and alpacas on the other. Beautiful, secluded, quiet. We got a chance to enjoy the full gamut, and the kids loved every second of it -- from meeting and feeding the alpacas (as well as a super cute baby deer rescue) to watching a polo match on Saturday evening.Mary and Pino were very responsive, welcomed us onto the property and gave us a tour, and made us feel like...

'So I had to book a place big enough for a large family last minute and found this property and let me tell you this property was spacious and breathtaking! Had a everything we needed for a home away from home! The fridge and stove were a dream! The plus was having washer/dryer access, hot tub and a massage chair! Oh and the tower!! The view from the deck was beautiful but from the tower was just amazing! Will definitely be coming back especially once the pool is built!'
